Ceramic Coating and paint correction services

What is Ceramic Coating?

What is Paint Correction & Polishing

What is Paint Correction & Polishing

Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds to the vehicle's surface and creates a hardened protective layer. This layer is durable and extremely hydrophobic while enhancing the appearance and protecting against environmental damage. Unlike tradition waxes or sealants, ceramic coatings last years instead of months, providing long-term protection.

What are the benefits of Ceramic Coatings?

  • Long-Lasting Protection - Shields paint and other surfaces from 1-Year up to 10-Years, depending on the type of coating and with proper maintenance.
  • Hydrophobic Properties - Repels water, dirt, and grime, making your vehicle much easier to clean and maintain.
  • UV & Oxidation Resistance - Prevents fading and oxidation cause by sun exposure.
  • Chemical & Road Salt Protection - Resists damage from harsh chemicals, bird droppings, and acid rain.
  • Enhanced Gloss & Shine - Keeps your paint looking deep, rich, and showroom ready.

Why is Ceramic Coating Important in Colorado?

In states like Colorado, vehicles are exposed to harsh winters, road salt, and extreme UV rays due to high elevation. Salt and de-icing chemicals accelerate rust and paint deterioration, while intense sunlight can cause fading and oxidation. Ceramic coatings act as a protective shield, preserving your car's exterior and reducing maintenance needs year-round.

Protect your investment with a professional ceramic coating!

What is Paint Correction & Polishing

Paint correction is a professional process that removes surface imperfections like swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and water spots from your vehicle's paint. This is achieved through machine polishing which restores clarity, depth, and gloss.

Types of Paint Correction Services:

  • 1-Step Paint Polishing - A light polish that enhances gloss and removes minor swirl marks. Perfect for newer vehicles or as prep for ceramic coatings.
  • 2-Step Paint Correction - A combination of cutting and polishing to remove moderate defects and restore deep shine.
  • 3-Step Paint Correction - A full multi-stage process to eliminate heavy scratches, deep swirls, and oxidation, bringing the paint back to a near-flawless finish.
  • Paint Enhancement (All-In-One Polish & Protect) - A one-step polish and protection service that boosts gloss and reduces the appearance of light imperfections. This process enhances the paint's appearance and applies a paint sealant in one step for added protection lasting 4-6 months. This is an enhancement service, not full paint correction.

What are the Benefits of Paint Correction?

  • Removes Scratches & Swirl Marks - Eliminates surface defects for a smooth, mirror-like finish.
  • Restores Depth & Gloss - Enhances color richness and clarity.
  • Prepares for Ceramic Coating - Ensures the best possible bond for long-lasting protection.
  • Increases Resale Value - A flawless exterior makes your car more attractive to buyers.

Restore your paint's true beauty with a professional paint correction service!

How do I take care of my ceramic coated vehicle?

Maintenance Plan for Ceramic Coatings - Recommended

We recommend getting on a maintenance plan and here's why.

  1. Ceramic coatings provide unmatched protection, but they still require proper care to maintain their durability, gloss, and hydrophobic properties.
  2. Regular maintenance prevents contamination buildup and ensures your coating performs at its best for years.
  3. Even if you like to wash your car yourself, our Ceramic Coatings require at least an Annual Ceramic Coating Booster to maintain the durability and longevity of the coating, as well as to maintain the validity of the warranty.
  4. Though we require at 1 maintenance wash per year, we highly recommend a maintenance wash every 3 -6 months maximize the coating's lifespan.

Ceramic Coating Safety Requirements

  1. No automatic car washes that touch the vehicle -  Avoid tunnel washes, spinning brushes, or harsh chemicals. These can cause micro-scratches, strip hydrophobic properties, and reduce coating lifespan. Instead, always use a hand wash with pH-neutral soap. If hand washing isn’t an option for you, always use a Touch-less Car Wash.
  2. Proper wash techniques - If you're washing your car yourself, make sure you're washing it properly to ensure that the coating & paintwork isn't being damaged. Use PH Neutral soaps, a soft microfiber wash mitt, the 2-bucket method, and use a quality drying towel or air dry (no chamois or rough towels).
  3. Perform regular decontamination washes -  Over time, road grime, water spots, and embedded contaminants can build up, reducing the coating’s effectiveness. Every 3 to 6 months, do a decontamination wash using an iron remover and a ceramic-safe spray sealant to refresh the coating’s hydrophobic properties.
  4. Annual Inspections - Annual inspections must be carried out by the authorized applicator within 30 days before or after the anniversary of the application. Failure to make the annual inspection within the specified time frame will void the warranty. A fee is determined by the applicator for Annual inspections and will include a wash, decontamination, Crystal or TopCoat coatings and final inspection.

Now that my car is in top shape, how do I keep it that way?

Things to Avoid

  •  Automatic Car Washes – Spinning brushes and harsh chemicals will scratch and dull the paint. Even brand new cars come with scratches due to automatic car washes.
  • Dirty Wash Mitts & Towels – Using contaminated towels or mitts can grind dirt into the paint.
  • Improper Drying Methods – Avoid using chamois, bath towels, or letting the car air dry, as they can leave scratches or water spots. Always use a microfiber drying towel or blower.
  • Rubbing Dust Off with a Dry Towel – Always use a quick detailer and microfiber towel to prevent scratching. A detail spray adds lubrication and with more lubrication the less likely we are to induce scratching.
  • Parking Under Trees – Sap, bird droppings, and pollen can damage the paint if left uncleaned. Tree sap, bird poop and bugs if left on the paint for too long and they can bake themselves into the surface making it much harder to remove. All of these things are acidic and will eat away at the clear coat.
  • Snow Brushes - Using a brush to push off all the snow from your car definitely important. But there are other ways to do so without scratching up your paint. Using that stiff bristled brush is definitely going to mess up your paint.

How to Prevent Scratches & Swirls

  • Never Use the Brush at a Self-Wash Car Wash - Always perform a touchless wash or bring your own wash buckets. The brush broom at your local car wash might be great for removing dirt but the dirt from previously washed vehicles is still in those bristles and can cause new scratches in your paint and your wheels.
  • Use the Two-Bucket Wash Method with a Microfiber Mitt – One bucket for clean soapy water, one for rinsing dirt off your mitt. Never use old rags or rough sponges.
  • Dry with a High-Quality Microfiber Drying Towel – Or use a touchless air blower to eliminate water spots.
  • Apply a Paint Sealant or Wax Every 2–3 Months – Adds a protective layer to reduce scratches.
  • Use a Quick Detailer for Light Cleaning – Safely removes dust and fingerprints between washes.
  • Snow Removal - Using a push broom that has a foam or rubber side to it can help minimize scratching. A leaf blower can also be a great way of removing snow from your car. When the snow is thick and heavy it might not work too well, but it's a great way to remove light or fluffy snow without having to touch the car at all.
